It might Rain

When it rains in Montana it’s not usually a tropical drizzle that feels nice.  It may actually feel like cold hose water that’s made it to your skin and that’s not so great.  I’m a huge fan of good rain coats and am very happy to have one myself!  My current coat is a Patagonia River Salt, but I’ve also worn through a few of the Simms Guide Jackets and both brands have done me well.  Here’s a shot from a recent soaking June evening on the Missouri River.  This storm filled my boat with inches of water, good thing we were already out of the river when it hit…
