Livingston Montana Spring Creek Flyfishing

It’s a technical and rewarding game on Armstrong’s, Depuy’s, and Nelson’s spring creeks.  I like Trout Hunter flouro tippet from 4.5-6.5X.  Yes, the half sizes seem to make a difference (at least in my mind).  I also like Harrop’s cripples, slim bodied Sawyer nymphs, and a variety of midge, scud and sow bug imitations.  But the best thing of all… A Good DRIFT.  That’s the biggest secret out there.  Check out what a good drift can do..
